Sacred Sound of the Soul, Inc. operates this Shopify store. These terms explain how our website and physical-product purchases work.

  • Each bowl is unique. We will not substitute a different bowl without your agreement.
  • Prices and shipping charges are shown before you pay. International import charges are separate.
  • Our returns policy explains exchange and return options. Shipping & pickup explains delivery.
  • Your order keeps the terms agreed when you placed it.

Products, prices and orders

We aim to describe each product accurately. Every bowl has its own identity and SKU. Once it sells, that particular bowl is no longer available, so we cannot promise an identical replacement or restock.

Screens and speakers can affect how colours and recorded sounds come across. This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description. Please contact us before ordering if you need help deciding.

Prices, availability and delivery options are shown when you order. Checkout shows shipping and any taxes we collect. International import duties and taxes not collected by us are payable separately, as explained in our shipping policy.

We may update prices and listings for future orders. An update does not automatically change an accepted order. If an error or unavailable item prevents us from fulfilling your order as offered, we will explain the issue and your options, and obtain your agreement to a material change where required.

We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, such as unavailability or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we will notify you and return any payment due. You keep any further remedy the law provides.

Payment and your account

Please provide accurate, current purchase, payment and contact details. Keep your account access secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not email payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Available payment options and payment-provider terms appear at checkout. These terms do not create a payment plan or change one separately agreed with you.

Shipping, exchanges and refunds

We normally dispatch within two business days. Dispatch and delivery are different. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the delay, consent, cancellation and refund options required by law. See Shipping & pickup.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Undamaged physical products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase; you pay exchange shipping and insurance. Report damage on arrival as soon as possible, within 24 hours of delivery, for our voluntary damage offer where that deadline is lawful. We pay eligible damaged-arrival return shipping and offer a refund if we cannot find an alternative bowl you agree to.

For eligible EU, EEA and UK online purchases, there is also a 14-day cancellation option. The full Returns & refunds policy explains this and the options for faulty or incorrect items. Refunds, repairs, replacements and longer reporting periods required by consumer law take priority over our standard terms. An in-stock bowl is not custom-made simply because it is unique.

Events, courses and other services

The physical-product exchange offer does not cover event, training or online-course bookings. Review the information provided for your particular booking and contact us if its cancellation terms are unclear. For an event sold through a ticketing platform, also review that event's booking terms. Your legal rights still apply.

Independent payment, booking and other services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control independent websites, and a link does not by itself endorse their content. This does not remove our responsibility for our own obligations.

Using the website and its content

You must be legally able to make a purchase contract, or have a parent or guardian's permission where applicable. Use the website and products lawfully. Do not impersonate others, interfere with security, transmit malicious code or infringe anyone's privacy or intellectual property.

You may use our website to learn and shop. Images, recordings and other content may be protected. Do not reproduce, sell or commercially use protected content without permission, except where the law allows it.

We may correct errors, update future content or interrupt access for maintenance. We may also restrict or end access for a material breach or another lawful reason, with any notice required by law. You may stop using the website at any time. None of this removes rights or refunds attached to an existing purchase, or obligations that lawfully continue.

Reviews, messages and privacy

If you submit a review or other material intended for public display, you permit us to display and reproduce it in connection with our store, subject to the law and any specific agreement. Private customer-service messages are not automatically available for publication as testimonials.

Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material or impersonate someone else. We may remove content that breaks these rules where lawful. Honest reviews are welcome; these terms do not allow us to suppress a review just because it is negative.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Your Privacy Choices provides applicable advertising-data opt-outs. Cookie and marketing choices are separate from agreeing to purchase terms. Visiting the site or accepting these terms does not give consent to processing that requires separate consent.

As described in that policy, Shopify processes shopping activity to run the services and support personalization, relevant advertising and analytics. Information may be shared with Shopify and providers in other countries. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and privacy controls for Shopify's role and your applicable choices.

Your consumer protections and our responsibility

We do not exclude any warranty, consumer guarantee, liability or remedy that the law protects. You keep applicable remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. This includes protection against fraud and, where the law prohibits exclusion, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Other liability is determined by applicable law and any valid express agreement with you. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of product warranties or responsibility for the website or our products.

You are responsible, as the law provides, for losses caused by your unlawful use or infringement of another person's rights. You are not required to cover our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct, or take on an unlimited duty to defend us against third-party claims.

Which law applies, and what happens if terms change?

California law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these terms, subject to the mandatory consumer protections and court rights available to you, including under the law of your habitual residence. These terms do not require arbitration or take away a dispute-resolution right the law gives you.

These terms, the linked policies and the specific terms agreed for your purchase apply together. They do not exclude statements or commitments you are legally entitled to rely on. Any ambiguity is interpreted under applicable law.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it is ineffective to the extent required without affecting the remaining valid provisions. Not enforcing a provision once does not automatically waive it for the future.

We may update terms for future website use and orders, showing the effective date and giving notice when required. Existing orders retain their applicable terms and rights unless we agree a change with you or the law requires one.
