Sacred Sound Return, Exchange, and Withdrawal Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please email info@sacredsoundofthesoul.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Visible shipping damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. After 7 days, damage claims may be denied, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

Non-damaged products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs related to the exchange.

Refunds

Non-damaged products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to a 40% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs related to the return.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

EU/EEA Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area and you purchase from Sacred Sound online, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

To exercise this right, email info@sacredsoundofthesoul.com before the 14-day period expires and include your name, order number, email address, and the item or items you wish to return.

If you withdraw under this EU/EEA right, the 40% restocking fee does not apply. We will refund the applicable purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
