EU/EEA/UK cancellation rights and form

These provisions apply to physical-product purchases where EEA or UK consumer law gives you a statutory cancellation right. They take priority over any inconsistent ordinary no-refund or exchange term. Existing orders retain their applicable terms and mandatory rights. Event and training ticket terms are provided separately on the ticketing platform.

EEA and UK consumers — statutory distance-purchase rights

Where applicable EEA or UK consumer law gives you a cancellation right for an online goods purchase, you have 14 days after you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) receives the goods to tell us you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. If goods in one order arrive separately, this period starts after receipt of the last item. Where the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday and applicable law extends the deadline, the deadline moves to the next working day. You may also notify us before delivery. Email info@sacredsoundofthesoul.com with a clear cancellation statement and enough details to identify the order. You may use the optional model form below or send any other clear statement. You may also send written notice to our correspondence and product-return address below; sending the notice within the applicable period is sufficient where the law provides. You do not need our permission to exercise a statutory cancellation right. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us, to the correspondence and product-return address below. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that 14-day period expires.

We will reimburse the payments due under that right, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge where required, within 14 days after you notify us of cancellation, subject to any lawful withholding period. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted. We will use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return only where we informed you of that obligation before purchase and the law permits it. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate. Any lawful deduction for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods will be assessed under the applicable rules.

Exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. A unique bowl already held in stock is not excluded merely because it is one of a kind. Our ordinary no-refund policy and discretionary store-credit practice do not replace these statutory cancellation and refund rights.
