Buddha, Shakyamuni - this beautiful rupa was created using the lost wax method in copper and burnished with 18 k gold (this face is 24 K gold) - decorated with tiny gemstones of garnet, turquoise & coral. He is from the late 20th century however appears to be a reproduction of a much earlier (16th century) Thailand piece.
